International Conference: Towards Constructive Intercultural Management - A conference on research approaches and perspectives 07.-08.10.2021

Renowned scientists from 11 countries will meet to present and discuss their current research. The conference is aimed at interested parties from various disciplines and interdisciplinary research as well as companies that are confronted with these questions in international cooperation.
Experts for HR from companies will have the opportunity to exchange views in a panel discussion "On Recruiting, Development and Diversity Management" on the topic of "Constructive Handling of Human Resources?“ In a poster session, PhD students and graduates of the TDU Master's program "Intercultural Management" will present their projects and results.
All participants must be vaccinated or recovered, for those who are not vaccinated, a test certificate is required.
At the conference masks are mandatory, for entry the HES code needs to be presented.
